Getting your kit to you
At Farrellys World, we keep things simple — quality gear, delivered straight to you, as quickly as possible.
Every order is handled with care, whether it's a custom team kit or a stock item ready to ship.
Stock items
Order by 3pm on a working day and your stock items are dispatched the same day, arriving the next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend, or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Made-to-order teamwear
Our custom teamwear is made specifically for your club, school, or organisation.
Because these products are tailored to your exact requirements, production takes a little longer.
Typical turnaround time:
- Production: 3 weeks
- Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
In total, allow 4 weeks from your approved order to delivery. That is the same figure counting down on every club shop and teamwear product page.
We'll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when your order is on its way.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders over £75. Below that it is charged on the value of your order:
- Up to £27.99 — £3.99
- £28.00 to £39.99 — £5.99
- £40.00 to £74.99 — £8.99
- £75.00 and over — free
Delivery outside the UK is calculated at checkout and varies by destination.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- Courier details
- Estimated delivery date
If you don't receive your tracking email within a few days of your order being placed, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Email info@farrellysworld.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will sort it quickly.
