Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:

•⁠ ⁠Made-to-order items: Our bespoke sporting uniforms are crafted to your specifications. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and processing.

•⁠ ⁠Stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

•⁠ ⁠Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

•⁠ ⁠If we experience a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed slightly. Please expect possible delays during peak seasons.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

•⁠ ⁠Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

•⁠ ⁠Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping (for stock items): 1-3 business days

- Bespoke Orders (made-to-order): Delivery will occur 4 weeks after the order is placed.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

•⁠ ⁠You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

 

International Shipping:

•⁠ ⁠We currently do ship internationally.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

•⁠ ⁠Farrellys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

 

Returns Policy

 

Refunds:

•⁠ ⁠Made-to-order items: As all our bespoke sporting uniforms are crafted specifically to meet your requirements, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

•⁠ ⁠Stock items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any in-stock items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damages and Issues:

•⁠ ⁠Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@farrellysworld.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

•⁠ ⁠Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

•⁠ ⁠Farrellys is not liable to incorrect design or decoration once order has been placed.

 

How to Report an Issue:

1.⁠ ⁠Contact us at info@farrellysworld.co.uk with your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue.

2.⁠ ⁠We will review your request and provide further instructions if your claim is valid.

 

Exchanges:

•⁠ ⁠We do not offer exchanges for made-to-order or in-stock items, as each product is customised to your specific needs.
